Suzanne Bogert, MS, RD, Project Director, "Champions for Change" Network for a Healthy California, Los Angeles Region Nutrition Program, County of Los Angeles, tells to "Stand up for change in your life and eat a variety of fruits and vegetables everyday." The Network for a Healthy California—Los Angeles Region helps low-income individuals and communities overcome barriers to eating healthy and being active through improved access to nutritious food and safe environments.
